J.C. Buehler


       Mr. Buehler was admitted to the Indiana Bar in 1980 and the Illinois Bar in 1991.  He is also admitted before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, and U.S. District Courts, Northern and Southern District of Indiana, and Northern District of Illinois. Mr. Buehler received a B.A. from Indiana University in 1977 and his J.D. degree from Indiana University-Indianapolis in 1980.

John Cloutier

     Mr. Cloutier was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 1998 and the Florida Bar in 2006. He is also admitted to practice before the  U.S. District Court, Northern Illinois. John earned a B.S. in Engineering from the University of Connecticut in 1980, and his J.D. degree from Duquesne University in 1998. He also attended graduate engineering studies at California State Polytechnic University from 1982 to 1984.

David P. Muller

     Mr. Muller is admitted to practice in Indiana, and is a Registered Indiana Civil Mediator.  He holds a B.A. with Honors from Indiana University (1975) and received his Juris Doctor degree Cum Laude from the Indiana University McKinney School of Law 1979.  He is admitted to the Northern and Southern Indiana Federal District Courts, as well as the 7th Circuit Courts of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court.  He was a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney in Marion County, Indiana from 1981 to '82, and has held other attorney positions with the City of Indianapolis and local law firms.  He is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association and a Life Member of the Indiana University Alumni Association.

David is a proud Eagle Scout, and is still involved with Scouting.
